The truth about “normal”

A lab result is one piece of your story.

A result can be within range and still not explain your symptoms. Perimenopause is bigger than one number. Your symptoms and cycle changes matter.

You are not failing. You need the full picture.

What you will learn

Leave with clarity and a better next step.

Why symptoms can begin before periods stop

How sleep, mood, cycles, weight, and desire may connect

What labs can and cannot tell you

Better questions to ask about your care

Seen.
Heard.
Supported.
The Thryva standard

Meet your practitioner

I know this season because I lived it too.

I believed my own “normal” labs while I was falling apart inside. That experience changed how I care for women. I created this class to help you understand your body and ask better questions.
