The Alignment Session ($297)
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your Alignment Session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a late cancellation, at our discretion.
The fastest way to reschedule is by replying to your booking confirmation email or using the reschedule link included in it.
Cancellations & Refunds
The Alignment Session is non-refundable once the session has begun. The fee covers the dedicated practitioner time reserved on your behalf and the preparation work completed in advance of your appointment.
If a true emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, please reach out. We review these situations individually and will work with you in good faith, see Emergencies below.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled Alignment Session and have not contacted us in advance, the full $297 fee is forfeited. We reserved practitioner time and held the slot exclusively for you.

The fastest way to cancel or reschedule is by replying to your booking confirmation email. You can also email [email protected] or call 915-209-0118 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm MT).

Comprehensive Visits, Lab Fees & Programs
For paid services beyond the Alignment Session, including labs, the Comprehensive Visit, and ongoing program enrollment, cancellation and refund policies are provided in writing at the time of purchase. Lab fees, once orders have been placed with our partner laboratories, are typically non-refundable. Programs follow their own enrollment terms.
Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If a serious illness, family emergency, or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from making your appointment with proper notice, please reach out. We review these situations individually and will work with you in good faith.
Free Resources
Our complimentary downloads, including the Perimenopause Hormone Assessment, Survival Guide, and other free tools, are provided at no cost. No refund applies because no purchase is involved.
Payment & Insurance
Thryva is a self-pay practice for your care, which means your visits and your personalized program are paid directly to us at the time services are rendered. This is what lets us spend real time with you and build a plan around what you actually need.
Your own insurance can still be used for your labs and prescriptions. Labs can be run through your insurance so the lab company bills your plan directly, and prescriptions sent to commercial pharmacies may be covered by your plan. A transparent self-pay option is always available. For your visits and program, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though any reimbursement is determined solely by your plan and is between you and your insurer.
