Hormone Strategy Intensive ($197)
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your Hormone Strategy Intensive at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund of the $197 payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. The fee covers the dedicated practitioner time reserved on your behalf, which cannot be reassigned on short notice.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge, provided you give at least 48 hours notice. Reschedules requested with less than 48 hours notice are treated as a late cancellation.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, the full $197 fee is forfeited. We reserved practitioner time, prepared your file, and held the slot exclusively for you.

The fastest way to cancel or reschedule is by replying to your booking confirmation email. You can also email [email protected] or call 915-209-0118 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:00pm MT).

Comprehensive Visits, Lab Fees & Programs
For paid services beyond the Hormone Strategy Intensive — including Comprehensive Visits, lab orders, and ongoing program enrollment — cancellation and refund policies will be provided in writing at the time of purchase. Lab fees, once orders have been placed with our partner laboratories, are typically non-refundable. Program memberships, if applicable, follow their own enrollment terms.
Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If a serious illness, family emergency, or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from making your appointment with proper notice, please reach out — we review these situations individually and will work with you in good faith.
Free Resources
Our complimentary downloads — including the Perimenopause Hormone Assessment, Survival Guide, and Speaker Inquiry — are provided at no cost. No refund applies because no purchase is involved.
Insurance
Thryva is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, accept Medicare or Medicaid, or participate in PPO/HMO networks. Patients are responsible for full payment at the time services are rendered. We can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though reimbursement is not guaranteed and is solely between you and your insurer.
