If we move forward together after your Intensive, we order a comprehensive panel — designed specifically for the woman whose conventional labs keep coming back "normal." This is where we stop guessing.

Why don't you accept insurance?

Insurance dictates how long your visit can be, which labs are "covered," and which medications you can be prescribed. We've chosen to work outside that system so we can give every patient the time, testing, and treatment they actually need. Cash-pay also means full price transparency — you always know what something costs before you agree to it.

Is the $197 Intensive refundable?

The Hormone Strategy Intensive is a paid service — sixty minutes of dedicated practitioner time and a written summary. It is not a free consultation, and it's not refundable. It is, however, designed to give you genuine value whether or not you continue with Thryva afterward.

Do I have to enroll in a program after my Intensive?

No. The Intensive is a standalone offering. We'll always tell you honestly whether we think we're a good fit for you, and you decide what happens next. Some patients book just the Intensive, get clarity, and take that information back to their existing provider.

What kinds of patients do you work best with?

High-performing women — driving careers, families, or both — who already do the work on the lifestyle side and want a practitioner willing to look deeper. If you're looking for a quick fix or a single-symptom prescription, we're probably not the right fit.

Are visits virtual or in-person?
